We have just completed a wonderful week in Venice at the Mocenigo apartment. The weather turned out to be better than we expected and the apartment also exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Enrico was a great host on the day of our arrival and whoever arranged our taxi ride to the apartment was also very nice and helpful. Overall we would definitely use you again should we return to Venice and will recommend you to others who might visit.

I just wanted to write and thank you for all your help and service with our recent holiday in Venice. We had a super time, and having such a centrally located, beautiful apartment to come back to each day was splendid. I was also very impressed with all the equipment which you provided, including the sony ipod dock and the television and DVD player ? these were very helpful and made our stay all the more special. When we arrived, the process was very smooth and made everything so much easier, so thanks too to Enrico for his help.

We had a super time, and will recommend Truly Venice and the Giovannelli apartment to all our friends and family.

Website is easy to navigate, has great pictures including details of the apartments available. The booking process was easy and prompt replies were recieved to email enquiries.

The staff who greeted us were friendly and extremely helpful, answering all our questions and providing us with useful information.

The apartment was very clean. Amenities where in excellent condition and location was fantastic. The complimentry drinks and snacks were a delightful surprise.

Overall, our Truly Venice experience was wonderful and we will definitely be recommending your website to family and friends who visit Venice.

My experience with Truly Venice was exceptional. The booking was simple; the apartment was very nice and exactly as noted on the website; the bowl of food and goodies in the frig were unexpected and apprecieated; Gabriele was very cordial and the recommended restaurants ( lasagna w/ zucca)were great; what more can I say, we had a great time. Thanks so much for a great experience. We will be back and only deal with Truly Venice. I wish I had found a Truly Rome and Truly Florence.

Off the tourist track but close to all sites. Superb position.

The apartment has a lovely sitting room with views onto the Grand Canal. One bedroom has the same views. There is a small but adequate kitchen. The dining table is placed in the third bedroom, however, to compensate there is a terrace above the kitchen. This has windows on all four sides and views down to the basin (see company photo), a small table and bench seats. It is a bit cramped but lovely for breakfast, informal meals and table-based games and recreation. My small grandchildren loved it.

Warning. Lots of stairs, so not for the infirm.

Dear Daniela and Gabriele,

Just a word to let you know that we really enjoyed our stay in Venice at the wonderful Morosini apartment.

During the day we visited wonderful places, museums and palaces and that was just incredible to come in the evening in the same environment to spend the night. It was a beautiful experience for everybody.

As Gabriele knows we left early Wednesday morning and we were a little bit chaotic, so, I just found in a pocket the note I intended to leave with the bottle of wine for the landlord to thank him for his trust and to tell him how we appreciated his wonderful taste for his apartment, if you could transmit these thoughts for us we would greatly appreciate.

I also want to thank you and Gabriele for the courtesy and the professionalism you demonstrated toward us. I will refer your agency to my friends with great pleasure and the Morosini apartment to the people we know that could take good care.

Morosini

We spent 11 days at the Morosini Apartment in Venice this past May. This apartment was the most beautiful place we ever stayed. We walked to the Rialto market in the morning and suddenly we found ourselves discovering what it is to live in Venice. Being in that apartment gave us also a taste of what it was living in Venice 500 years ago. That was an experience of a lifetime that we'll definitively repeat. Also, the support, advice and organization of Truly Venice team was remarkably friendly and efficient. Thank you for this memorable vacation.
